英语幽默故事－A Forgetful Dad

A Forgetful（健忘的） Dad 
　　My husband always forgot our son's birthday. In order to please my son and me, he gave a shopkeeper some money and asked him to send toys to my son on his birthday every year.
　　We were very pleased to accept his attention and all went well until one day, when he came home, kissed his son and said , "Nice toys, honey. Where'd you get them?"
 
  
健忘的父亲
　　我丈夫经常忘记儿子的生日，我们很不高兴。为了解决这个问题，他给了一个店主一笔钱，让他每年在儿子生日这天给他送一个玩具。
　　我们对这种关怀的新表现感到十分欣喜。他的这一办法颇为有效。但是有一天他回到家，吻了儿子，然后漫不经心地问道："好漂亮的玩具，亲爱的，你从哪儿弄来的？"
